At Kitchen Appliances Ashford, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This page explains our delivery options, costs, and timescales
DELIVERY
Standard delivery includes delivery of your items to a ground floor room. For deliveries that require items to be delivered upstairs or downstairs please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this with you
Standard Local Delivery: – (Brand new appliances within 5 miles) . FREE
Standard Local Delivery: - (Brand new appliances within 6 to 10 miles) £10.00
Standard Local Delivery: - (Brand new appliances over 11 miles) £30.00
Orders are delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2pm are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
DELIVERY METHOD
We use our own delivery vans and staff to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
We currently deliver to UK mainland only.
Please note: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not home at the time agreed previously with yourself (we are happy to change a delivery time if necessary with notice) we will charge the standard rate to redeliver. You will be liable to pay for the missed delivery unless a waiver is agreed by the business owner.
RISK OF LOSS
Responsibility for goods passes to you once they are delivered. Please check your items on arrival and report any issues within 48 hours.
